Two weeks ago, a high-performance TERBERG/ZAGRO truck type RR 282 left our production site in Grombach. A week later, the vehicle was delivered to the customer in Denmark and put into operation.
The driver of the Danish construction company is visibly proud of his new vehicle and enthusiastic about the high tractive power. Already in the first days the shunting vehicle moved a track construction train with a length of 500 m and a total weight of 2000 tons. Due to the rapid change between road and rail, the shunting vehicle exceeds the previously used locomotive in terms of flexibility and costs. It optimally complements the machine park. The new acquisition of 29 ton weight and powered by 280 hp will be used to transport the wagons and supply the material for the track construction.
